The
Latin American Videodance Forum (FLVD) is an exchange, discussion, formation and promotion of the production, management and critics for videodance in Latin America. Its first edition took place in Buenos Aires in 2006, the second one in Rio de Janeiro in 2007, the third one in Fortaleza (BR) in 2009, and the fourth and last one in Puebla and Mexico City in 2011, with the Agite y Sirva Festival as venue. Thanks to the FLVD there had been created and formed new festivals and managers with the aim to spread videodance genre through the region, due to this organism has been shaped as an essential focal point of videodance in Latin America, supporting touring screenings and new festivals. For example, Paraguay and Bolivia's festivals were born from the FLVD activities.
